What should I wear this dress belt and shoes?

Im finding so diffifcult to decide on a color! I did not know if going to a cream / white or pink one crazy or something. It is for a night out with my friends! I go to fashion school, I recommend maybe a skinny black belt, pink or white for around your waist. Stick to a basic color your shoes are pretty wild (I must say that gorg) If the straps are to face Abit in topshop, they are! I recommned Primark, cheap and cherrful.
