Flip Flops Shoes
What is best for an obese person to use? Flip flops, clogs, shoes or bare feet?
I refer to myself, of course. I have 22 weight 315 pounds, and I'm "6'0. Recently I have been diagnosed as obese and who have flat feet for some time. After being on my feet a time course that hurts and I wonder what would be better for me to wear. Flip flops, clogs, shoes (sneakers, "boat" shoes, etc) or just go barefoot (when I can)? Oh, and I am in the process of losing weight. I was 340 for a while.
Good for you going to lose weight! Am working on weight loss as well. I want to lose about 40-50 pounds. Anyway, would be the most comfortable sneakers. They have feet, and have more cushion. I would go with sneakers. I hope I helped! good luck with weight loss!
