Stupid college kids and Black Leather Sofa!?
Well, here's the deal. My boyfriend and I are going to a place with our mutual friend Mike better. Both of the guys have given me free rein to decorate the new place of … with one important exception: The skin of the mammoth and black leather black couch Plus Size recliner should be included. I'm still trying to decide what colors I use. I was originally thinking of a color scheme of bright blue and lime but I'm beginning to think that going to feel very cold. All wood furniture painted before BLACK, so I'd like something to dig a little. I do not want a black and white room. I love the color! Also I have to stay away from anything girly … I hate the color red in a color scheme of a room. (I love using, the I hate to see him every day in an area of life!) I would keep cool and quiet space … without being overwhelmed by all the heavy furniture and black. Any suggestions?
Ugh, I hate black leather furniture. All you can do with it is to tone down what I call the palette "Spanish" or "watch" desert – earth tones, deep blues, colored sand, cactus. If you use bright colors, especially the primary colors, you get the Partridge Family bus and will effect horrible. You can also go with a Japanese mimalist the Zen, with some rice paper screens, tatami mats, and small fountains and such, would make the room a bit austere, but it would be peaceful and low maintenance.
